Amanda Kunevich is Chief People Officer at Mentari Therapeutics, where she partners with the executive team to build the organization, talent, and culture required to scale. She leads people strategy across the company, from executive recruitment to leadership alignment, organizational design, and company values. Amanda has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Mentari, Amanda served as Chief People Officer at Boston Pharmaceuticals, where she led a significant organizational transformation and growth strategy through the company’s acquisition by GSK in July 2025. Previously, Amanda was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent Development at Elsevier, part of RELX, leading enterprise-wide strategy on culture, talent management, performance, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Monitor Group. Amanda holds a BS in Management from Providence College.
