Greg Divis is Chief Executive Officer at Mentari Therapeutics. Greg is a biopharmaceutical executive with more than 30 years of industry experience—leading companies from early-stage development through FDA approval, commercial launch, and acquisition.

Prior to joining Mentari, Greg served as Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of directors of Avadel Pharmaceuticals through its eventual acquisition by Alkermes in February 2026, a transaction valued at up to $2.4 billion. Under his leadership, Avadel transformed from a development-stage company into a fully integrated commercial organization and secured FDA approval and launch of Lumryz® (sodium oxybate), a treatment for narcolepsy. Before Avadel, Greg was an Executive in Residence at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lumara Health and President of Ther-Rx Corporation. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Aventis (Sanofi) and Schering-Plough (Merck). Greg is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
